Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what information we collect when you use Power for Autism Parents, how we use it and how we keep it safe. We’ve written this in plain English — not legalese — because we believe you deserve to understand exactly what’s happening with your data.
This policy applies to powerforautismparents.com and community.powerforautismparents.com. It was last updated in June 2026.
Who We Are
This website is run by Gayatri Vathsan, a certified life coach based in Ramanagara, Karnataka, India, supporting parents of autistic and disadvantaged children. The site is managed on her behalf by Blue Mountain Code. If you have any questions about how your data is handled, please write to gvathsan@gmail.com.
What Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- When you fill in a form — your name and email address, collected via Fluent Forms when you register for the community, sign up for a course or express interest in a coaching programme.
- When you create an account — your name, email address and any profile information you choose to add on the community platform.
- When you make a payment — payment details are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
- During coaching sessions — notes may be kept by Gayatri to support the quality of your coaching. See the section on coaching confidentiality below.
- Through your use of the platform — course progress, lesson completions and engagement data on the community site, so we can deliver your learning experience.
- Through cookies and analytics — basic technical data about how you interact with the site (pages visited, session duration). We use this to improve the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics alone.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account on the community platform
- Deliver the courses, programmes and coaching services you have signed up for
- Process payments for paid programmes through Razorpay
- Send you service-related communications (receipts, booking confirmations, reminders)
- Send you newsletters and updates — only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time
- Improve the website and our offerings based on how it is used
- Comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising on third-party platforms.
Coaching Confidentiality
Anything you share with Gayatri during a 1:1 coaching session is treated with complete confidentiality. Session notes and personal disclosures are used solely to support your coaching journey. They are never shared with third parties, never included in marketing materials and never disclosed to anyone else — full stop.
The only exception would be if disclosure were required by law (for example, in a situation of serious risk to safety), and even then only to the minimum extent required.
Third-Party Services We Use
To deliver our services, we work with the following trusted third-party providers. Each has their own privacy policy and data processing standards:
- FluentCRM — email marketing and CRM, used to manage your contact record and send newsletters

- Account and community data — retained for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, your data will be deleted within 90 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
- Coaching session notes — retained for 2 years after your last session with Gayatri, then securely deleted.
